In a couple of short years, we’ve watched Rain City Chronicles grow from a humble little live storytelling night to a full-on Vancouver cultural sensation. As the people behind the identity and illustration work for Rain City, we feel privileged to have been involved from the get-go. Now there’s a new project from the RCC camp, and we’re happy to be back on board for design services (and moral support!) once again.
A Good Book Drive is “an annual book drive to bring stories to a new generation of readers, and support kids in need of new books.” Running through the month of November, A Good Book Drive is collecting new kids’ books to be donated to The Writers’ Exchange library in East Vancouver.
So if you live in Vancouver, go buy your favourite kids’ book and drop it off in a Good Book Box at any of the following locations: Nelson the Seagull (315 Carrall Street), Collage Collage (621 Kingsway), Dilly Dally (1161 Commercial Drive), Union Wood Company (503 Railway Street), or Walrus (3408 Cambie).
